It seems we struggle with two extremes when it comes to our physical body. On the one hand, we obssess over exercising or weight control. On the other hand, we often ingore our bodies or even abuse them. Perhaps our biggest challenge is finding a balance in caring for our physcial selves.
There are many dimensions to physical health—what we eat, where our food comes from, how often we detoxify our bodies, how often we are sick, and on and on.
Our experiences have led us to discover what was good for our bodies. In this section we simply share what has helped
us find continual balance while staying 'in the pink' physcially.
In our own journey toward physical health we have found that taking full responsibility is key, which means finding the right practitioner but always remaining your own health advocate. Once again,
discern what works for you and discuss any change in health practice with your practitioner.
