IN THE MENTAL—if you think it, you create it
As humans what goes on in our minds largely determines what we experience in our daily lives. Our thoughts affect what we feel, how we act, and even what we perceive.
Although we may think psychology is a relatively new science, our ancient ancestors also explored mental health and human behavior. They did so by listening to their dreams, tracking the movement of the stars and planets, and creating myths with archetypal characters and lessons. We can discover a lot about ourselves, and being 'in the pink', through both modern science and ancient wisdom teachings.
In our own journey towards mental wholeness, we have benefited from the teachings of ancient sciences, such as astrology and yoga. We believe that embracing these ancient teachings will enhance our collective healing.
